Presentation, Packaging and Shipping
UK DELIVERY IS FREE.
Please check shop banners for any time restrictions for special days such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day or Easter.
Scarves and neckerchiefs are presented in a signature gift box and packaged in a parent outer shipping box.
Face masks are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and despatched in a signature envelope. Face masks are despatched 'signed for' first class.
All scarves and neckerchiefs are shipped to UK addresses using the Royal Mail 'Special Next Day' service. The item is fully tracked and requires a signature on delivery. This service is next working day by 1 pm for UK mainland and next working day by 5 pm for Islands and Highlands addresses from when I post it.
I endeavour to get any purchase into the postal service as fast as possible, but with different times zones and varying holidays please allow 2 working days for despatch.
International Delivery
Delivery to Europe I apologise, but since UK left the EU I am no longer able to ship to Europe.
Delivery to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan is £11.95 and uses the 'Tracked & Signed' (formerly called Airsure) service that means your scarf is insured during transit, tracked and will require a signature at the delivery address. Please allow 14 working days for delivery to the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan.
Approximate shipping times:
US and Canada: 1 week
Australia: 9 days
PLEASE NOTE - these are approximate shipping times and can vary significantly during busy postal times such as major holidays. Additionally, each package will have a CN22 customs declaration attached, but there is still a chance a package can get held up by customs. Finally, any LOCAL TAXES due at point of delivery are the purchasers responsibility and these vary widely dependent on your country or state.

Ordering more than one scarf
If you would like to order more than one scarf, please put through each one singly - as each is presented and despatched in its own gift box and outer postal box or signature envelope. Thank you.
Colours
I have endeavoured to capture an accurate image of the colours of each scarf, yet the mercurial essence of colourful silk and its representation on a web page is variable. I have found that the photographs of the model wearing the scarves give the best idea of the real item. However, even these images fail to convey the soft, delicate, luxurious quality of these scarves.
